What file format should I submit my design in?

Raster Artwork

Accepted File Types: .psd, .png, .tiff

We can work with .jpg files, but we don’t recommend them due to quality limitations.

  • Resolution: 300 dpi (minimum). Lower resolutions can result in lower print quality.
  • Text: Rasterize or convert all text layers.
  • Images: Embed or link any placed images.
  • Color Mode: Use RGB for the widest color range. We’ll convert to the closest Pantone match during production.

Vector Artwork

Accepted File Types: .ai, eps, .svg, .pdf

  • Text: Convert all text to outlines.
  • Images: Embed or link any placed raster images.
  • Color Mode: RGB is best for the broadest color range and more accurate Pantone conversion.

Color Formats

If you provide hex codes, we’ll convert them to the closest Pantone Coated value. Because hex colors vary across screens, the color you see may differ from our calibrated monitors. Whenever possible, provide Pantone values directly for the most reliable results.

Artwork Size

  • Raster Artwork: Must be sized at or larger than the final print size. Raster images are resolution-dependent, so ensure they are at least 300 dpi at the final dimensions.
  • Vector Artwork: Does not need to be at final size. Vector files can be scaled infinitely without losing quality since they’re based on mathematical paths.
