Most orders ship within 10 business days after artwork approval. Need them faster? Ask us about rush options.

Q: Can I print over the zipper?

That's a great question! We do offer over-the-zipper printing, but it's important to keep a few extra things in mind to get the end result looking just right: We always recommend designing custom zip-up hoodies with a distressed pattern to achieve a more consistent overall look. Avoid fine details like color blending or intricate designs when printing over the zipper. We do not recommend printing a design closer than 1" to the seam, especially with specific garments and print styles. Why? A thick zipper can prevent the print squeegee from lying flat on the garment during printing, which can cause ink buildup, runoff, and a messy design. To go truly over-the-zipper it's best to select a product that has a fabric covering over the zipper without any exposed metal or plastic.
