Dru and the team at Real Threads are exceptional, truly outstanding in every way: product, communication, and customer satisfaction. Let me tell you... I've been using Real Threads since 2017, so I've been receiving outstanding experiences for many years. This year, my company was holding an industry event that had the potential to become a breakthrough for our brand and exposure. The expectations where incredibly high, everything needing to be next level and better than ever. And that included my main promotional tool: the collector’s T shirts. Everything was going great; the design layout was approved and I was into production on 9 different Ts. The expected delivery date was 3 days before my event. I was set. I received a shipping update email on the morning of the delivery date and just assumed it was to notify me of receipt. Then at the end of the day I went looking for my Ts at Reception. I didn’t see any boxes. So, I checked the shipping email and then I lost my mind. The Ts didn’t ship and were sitting in a Jacksonville UPS with an expected delivery date the day after my event. Oh no! This is really bad news. It was 8p PST and I texted Dru and explained my situation. I received a response from him a few minutes later. He said “we got you.” I wasn’t convinced. He replied again, “I’ll do everything I can, even if it means flying them out there myself.” I could rest that night knowing Dru was handling this personally. What happened next was right out of a movie where the hero saves the day. Dru decided it would be faster to redo my entire order and ship out of Dallas. He sent me updated texts on the location of the Ts, departing and arrival times, and he arranged for them to be hand delivered to my event. I needed to start having them available at 9p PST and his Real Thread employee met me outside my event at 8:30p. Unbelievable! Everyone went wild for the Ts! They were a huge hit and so was my event. The buzz generated by the event was beyond anything we could have imagined. Thank you Dru and Team Real Thread – the only Tshirt manufacture I’ll ever use.

The follow through about my ordering questions was about as instantaneous as it could be. Helped me order some samples super quickly.
