Sarah was great. Super helpful, and even suggested that we hop on a call to talk through the details (which there were a lot of) of my order. I really appreciated that. I would have chosen excellent, but after I responded to that phone call offer by calling the number in the email from her I got no response and didn't receive a call for a few hours (I would have liked a faster response #firstWorldProblems). She did great though and I'd be glad to have her serve as my rep again. btw, as petty as this may be. You guys sending me a gift (whatever it is) after my first order with you genuinely makes me want to come back.
