Rob is awesome. He’s super friendly and helps out with any questions i have. He takes care of steps i could have done myself and it’s really helpful.

My normal account manager was out sick, but others jumped right in and took care of everything. They didn’t skip a beat which is always great!

Rob has been fantastic every step of the way! He's handled a couple orders for me now, and every time he's super helpful, fast to respond to questions, and really goes the extra mile to make things easy for me. He's also great about making sure I can take advantage of any deals, discounts, or promotions. Real Thread is one of my favorite vendors to work with, and Rob is the icing on the cake that makes it perfect!

The team is very responsive and very helpful. However when your team couldn't help fulfill my needs, which I totally understand, but at least they could have a back up plan and resources or networks that they can point me to.
