Look, first it was Senny and she was the best. Really. When she left, I was really bummed, but Rob has stepped in and taken care of us and we couldn't be happier. Dude is super patient and kind with us - as a small nonprofit, we really appreciate that!

Very helpful in providing me with options that fit my needs. I was unsure on which shirt I wanted so I described what needs I wanted to fill with my shirts and was recommended a few options.

with previous account manager (Kim) the mockups were fast and accurate. This time the mocks took longer and there was some confusion about # of print colors. Originally Rob was quoting 3-4 colors for a 2 color design! I'm still not 100% certain that my client will get a 2 color shirt even tho I made sure to create the artwork in separations for each color. Wish I could have worked with Kim again, it was easy to communicate with her.

Joey was very helpful and had a lot of great insight!

Rob is amazing, he is very responsive, polite and professional. He really takes care of his customers.
