Our Account Manager, Joey was great. He responded quickly. He helped us figure out the colors of the shirts. He was responsive and very helpful. The only flaw is that the colors of the shirts on the website are different (darker) in actuality. This made ordering a bit difficult, but again Joey made it easier.

there was confusion in the pricing. they sent me a quote last night that was around $9.50 a t-shirt and said as soon as the proof was ready i could pay. i received an email this morning to say the proof was ready but the price has gone up to $10.50 a shirt. i was not told this would happen. (it has already gone up from $8 to $9 the day before but that was explained it was because we had switched from a regular order to rush). so i understood the first dollar change, but then the next dollar change didn't make sense b/c there was no warning and it didn't make sense- no one told me it would happen and i had no control over getting the proof to me faster to pay faster. i paid within just a few hours of receiving it. So, i'm putting excellent because they understood that it was confusing and unexpected and they gave me a discount to make up for it. so, i appreciate them making it right. thanks
