Fast, friendly service from both Sarah and Melanie!

Joey was incredibly helpful and gracious working with me on this order. He helped me pick the right shirts to use, stayed patient while I finalized my numbers (in true designer fashion, I had like 5 different "final" quantities), made sure they got done on time at the correct numbers, and they look great. I would also like to thank Melanie for helping me get the ball rolling on the order before it got to Joey, she made sure I had all the info I needed to move the project forward so I knew what to expect.

Rob (and Joey too) were a great help. This task was quickly thrown at me, and they helped me muddle my way through the details to create a great project. Rob went above and beyond to track down products not listed on the website to help me complete my order. Also, after I had effectively ghosted them for what seemed like a week, they responded in 24 hours. I was very pleased with the service, and it should be reported to his supervisor that Rob did extremely well (with in my own concession/apology) with a difficult customer/order. I feel his work was much of the reason this project went through, and I think him and everyone else at Real Thread for their help.

Real Thread has the best customer service in the industry. You guys really make it easy for me to create new orders.
