I have always have an excellent experience with real thread. The merchandise is great quality and I've had very helpful, personalized service for every order, no matter how big or how small. I honestly wish every company I deal with would take some customer service courses from you guys! Rock on!

All of my jobs come out great. However, i would like to discuss the issue of the turnover time. I believe that your company is great but it needs to produce the items faster. The standard turn around time of 3 weeks is way to long. Your company should be able to get items to its customers within 8 business days without an up charge (rush fee). In addition, i would like to use your company for fulfillment. I was hoping that you can provide some sort of leeway for customers that are using this service.
