Our account manager, Rob always responds in a timely manner and communicates well, overall!! In the past, when we have had issues with delayed hem tags...he was always in communication with me on when he thought they would arrive, etc. I love doing business with Real Thread because Rob gives exceptional service. His personality seems to shine through in his emails...and I love the personalized touch of adding the reps photo to their email (I love seeing his new hair styles)!! P.S.
