Joey did an amazing job! Great communication!

Everything was great and the account manager, Liv, did a great job. The only hick-up was with your website. I put the order online and apparently the data was lost due to a glitch and I had to resend all details by emails. Additionally, I was surprised by being limited in choosing colors with qty below 20 which wasn't communicated during the online order.

Joey has been nothing but helpful!

The whole team at real thread that I was in contact with throughout the process was quick to respond and gave me some very helpful information. I would definitely work with real thread again and will recommend them to others!
