Real Thread does a great job! This is my second t-shirt order. I've been a long-time customer of Custom Ink, but tried Real Thread when I was looking for water-based printing. Custom Ink has always had great customer service, but Real Thread definitely rivals that! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and very easy to work with!

Liv went above and beyond to provide excellent service. There was a problem with the order, and the amount billed was more than the amount quoted. Liz made sure to fix the problem and honor the original quoted amount -- all while being courteous and pleasant. She deserves a promotion!
