Customer Reviews

Team is SUPER friendly and great at what they do. If I’m being honest, I don’t choose vendors purely on the quality of the product, I equally base it off of the attitude of the team working there. Real Thread has been exactly what I am looking for, plus the team has been just so cool! We will be making Real Thread our exclusive tee printer for all of our subscription boxes.

Joey is beyond patient and his customer service is what made me go with your company.

Very quick and easy to reorder and reasonable expected turnaround time to receive items.

The team has been great. Extremely helpful through the entire process.

Joay was very quick and easy to communicate with.

Joey was great to work with and provided clear direction throughout the process.

joey rocks

The team was efficient and helpful when we had a quick turn around time. When a t-shirt color showed differently on a proof than on the site we chose the shirt from, they quickly helped us switch to a different shirt that met our other parameters but had a better color for our brand. We appreciate all the quick responses that helped keep our project on our preferred timeline.

Quick and prompt response.
