So far, everyone at this company has been a joy to work with. Joey responded promptly to my order - reassured me about my colors and ink choices - and presented the proof in a way that I know exactly what I am getting. As the purchasing agent for my church, I deal with custom order companies all the time. This was by far the best experience I have ever had.
