I was talking with three different people about an order I was placing, not knowing who my Dedicated account manager was. Once learning who the right person was I should be talking to he didn’t seem to know the other discussions I’ve had, particularly that we had a fulfillment agreement in place or the nature of our business and large, ongoing orders we would be placing.

Very quick response time, answered all questions clearly and was eager to help me through my first order. Thanks Liv!

Very impressed by what y'all are doing. Throughout the process, the team on the live chat was crazy responsive and helpful and having my account manager reach out right after I designed the shirt really helped me feel confident that I'm going to get exactly what I need. All in all, great job.
