Joey was really responsive, and the team turned around a new mock with adjusted very quickly. My first time with realthread, long time customink customer - don’t have the goods yet but so far so good. Only thing I’d say was there wasn’t a place for me to specify what style ink I wanted used (soft/bold) unless I missed it.

Everything was perfect. :)
