Very fast and responsive. And friendly.

My account manager( Joey) was quite helpful in assisting me throughout the process. For example, Joey suggested a sensible solution to a problem that confronted me during the custom tag selection process.

Joey has been incredible. Launching a new business is terrifying especially in this climate. He has been nothing but nice and professional while taking the time to answer my questions and help me whenever I need it. This has been such a life saver for me in terms of getting this business off the ground. I was also never supposed to sell merchandise but needed another way to generate revenue. Real Thread and Joey have made that all possible and could not be more grateful.

Website is very attractive and user-friendly. I placed my order late last night, and had an email early this morning with an update from my account manager (Joey), then had the mockup in my inbox and ready for approval within just a couple hours. Finished up the approval and payment process, and should have my order within a week! The level of communication and speed of the process so far has been exceptional, and I couldn’t have asked for any better or easier way to order merchandise.
