Melanie Vanderford was the product specialist we first talked with and she was SO patient -- we were constantly amazed by how she never got annoyed with us since we were first-time creators, yet sooooo picky about what we wanted! She went above and beyond in helping find us replacements to our original vision. Thanks, Melanie! Joey was great, too -- he was super responsive and quick to honor a shipping rate we had previously been quoted at. Everyone was so flexible and accommodating and we are so excited for our shirts!
