Exceptional!!!

I enjoy working with Rob. He's always quick to respond and real thread continues to be the easiest company I've ever ordered shirts from.

My act rep was very patient with the countless back and forth convo's and changes. We were very happy with the end result :)

Tiff has been very helpful and communicative. Her knowledge is greatly appreciated and she is insanely organized which is incredibly helpful to me!

Liv was quick to respond and seemed excited about the design. "These tees & hoodies are going to look awesome! " My questions were answered quickly and the mockups were sent back within 24 hours for approval. Can't wait to see the actual shirts.

Joey was very quick to respond to my email, and got the order ready so fast. He is energetic and professional.

Joey has been great to work with, but he was unsure and/or not up-front about some of the specifications and costs involved. Pad printing size limitations and colors for the custom tag printing and extra costs for certain colors of shirts (black camo color of the Independent Trading Pullover Hoodie specifically).
