Quick replies and very courteous!!!

My original account manager, Melanie, didn’t give me the correct information about fulfillment pricing. Max cleared everything up and gave me a price list. Also, there were 3 different people involved. I started off with Melanie, who sent me to Max for fulfillment. When I was ready to place my order, I went back to Melanie. She took all of my order info, but then Joey took over. Other than that, everything else has been great.

Rob was quickly responsive to emails and helped me expedite my order to meet a very tight timeline while I was also trying to head out for the holidays. I really, really appreciated the extra help as I'm sure it was a very busy time for you all, too! He went above and beyond when he didn't have to. Huge thank you for that.

Joey has been excellent with communication and quality control during my entire experience. My only complaints are things that are out of his control - turn around time and out for stock merchandise :-(

When I had question, I was also responded to promptly and clearly. Excellent experience!
