Rob was very helpful as usual and answered all my questions when I first made the order. Quick response and got my order together quickly...

Would have been GREAT but things took a little too long in mockup phase which caused this order to miss the presentation deadline. Logo sizing was incorrectly stated a few times on orders (understandable we switched logo sizes a few times but still, quality control-wise these incorrect logo sizes should have been caught before the order was sent to me for approval), on one occasion mockup designer was using an old art file (we submitted a revised art file based on phone conversation with account rep re: print thresholds and detail loss) which led to low quality detailing in the mockup (another quality control issue), and finally we had a communication blackout due to email glitch that cost us a few days. Overall, we are going to miss the presentation day by 7 days.

Joey has been great! We have a bit of a unique situation and as we are working through things on our end Joey has been super responsive and quick to help us come up with creative solutions.
