Melanie was super helpful. It also seemed like that part of the order went a lot faster than the second part because of the chat function. So that’s a great feature. Good idea to whoever decided to put the videos up explaining the different shirt styles. That’s actually how I found you guys and I was going to buy shirts from some other company and was just looking for more info on the comparisons between shirts and pricing and found those. If you don’t have comparison videos (I didn’t check) you should make some of those too. -like what you get out of going for a higher cost brand or t-shirt vs. standard- or something. You may already have that, I didn’t check, and Melanie answered those questions for me. Just a thought. Otherwise highly recommend shirt company. Also nice to see all the faces of the people who are making the products on your website. It doesn’t feel like a big sweatshop or just some guy in his home basement pretending to be a big team of people (which is essentially what I do) Ha!

Team is SUPER friendly and great at what they do. If I’m being honest, I don’t choose vendors purely on the quality of the product, I equally base it off of the attitude of the team working there. Real Thread has been exactly what I am looking for, plus the team has been just so cool! We will be making Real Thread our exclusive tee printer for all of our subscription boxes.
