On my first couple of orders I was working with Melanie and then I was transferred to Rob. Both of them have given an exceptional customer service and have been helping me a lot with the order process. I did have an issue with some hem tags I ordered that, honestly, came out terribly wrong! I ended up rejecting them and Rob helped me out getting a refund very quickly and also giving me a discount for my next order, which I already used. Even though this was taken care of really well, I was so looking forward to getting my tees with the hem tags feature and waited a whole month only to see how it didn't work. Overall I've had a great experience so far and will continue creating my t-shirts with Real Thread.
