Joey has been a very good rep and responds in a timely manner. The reason I gave only 4 stars this time is because I was trying to source neon pink hoodie and he wasn't able to find anything in stock similar to a blue hoodie that we previously printed. I decided to look for myself on Alphabroader's website and found a few options pretty quickly.

Joey is the best. So on point all of the time!

Both the chat and account management was very good. However, your online logo thing is a disaster. It wouldn't take my logo a ton of times then I would try to adjust the size and just couldn't make it work. When it did load I couldn't move or scale properly. You had a "hide" button that I was just desperately pushing to try to get the scaling to work properly but no "unhide" Also, as a marketer myself, I don't really like when the fake notes come from individuals. I would prefer that it comes from the company, identifying the account manager. But that's just my silly preference, maybe others don't notice...

Very personable interaction, I did not feel like just a number. I did not mention that I had a $100 credit from a previous job- Joey- included it on my estimate and that goes a long way on the building trust front. All my questions were answered quickly and I love the website interface.

I love that I don't have to chase down your team. I Love the drip followup formula you have during and after every order. I always am overworked and I love all the little reminders that don't feel pushy. I have felt kinda bad for not using a texas-based or Houston company for our shirts, but I just can not walk away from y'all's team. I love that I don't have to worry about who has my account. Everyone seems to have the same great attentive help. Love Real Thread!!!!!

Joey was very patient with us through the process. He offered good insight on things to consider not just for now, but the future regarding what we would like to accomplish. He moved at our pace and made himself available around our hectic schedule. He did a good job.
