The customer service is always quick and wonderful, it's just a tad frustrating that we have to keep placing orders manually thru our account manger because we've had issues with the site. But the final result is always great.

Trey and Kai have been exceptional to work with so far! They have both been so responsive with the million questions I've asked. Trey emails back within minutes usually when I need anything. Our team is SO excited to see our samples soon!
