Dru, Proving this feedback bc I love the service and the product. Things I would improve: 1. My new customer discount was not included in my final bill. Given how amazing your cust service is, this was the final touch point and it wasn’t a good one. 2. When mocking up/editing designs it would be good to be able to see multiple designs at once to compare. Maybe you have this feature but it wasn’t available to me. It’s a better customer experience and i think it will save your design team time. 3. Shirt fit and quality. It’s really hard to tell how the shirts will fit and look. I spent so much time going back and forth on which shirt bc I couldn’t tell. I wanted a specific look and lightness to the fabric and I couldn’t tell the difference on line. 4. Would be great if you offered burnout T-shirt’s Lastly. Thank you to your team. I would not have spent time giving you feedback if I didn’t love your business. Happy to discuss any of the following.
