There is an open and engaged helpfulness in the vibe of your team. I get the feeling that as the CEO, you want this to translate through computer screens. In this day of getting work done remotely and digitally, it may be easy to lose the human side of the equation but with Kai and Trey, there was no loss of that. I'm also what I'd consider to be a very cooperative client; offering respect and trust to you as well as being as prepared and informative on my end at all times. This is always going to make it easier for Kai and Trey to do their job. So I pray when you have to deal with uncooperative clients, you're all able to maintain that same caring behavior. because as someone who also has to deal with testy clients, it can become a chore to be diplomatic and cordial when someone is being disrespectful or unprofessional. all the best. and we'll be ordering more

Joey always goes above and beyond

You have great people that communicate and care. However, locating items through your website are minimal. Your team has selected the clothing from your vendor site but then I can't put it on my Real Thread account. Also, your production team COMPLETELY botched about $1,500 worth of clothing BUT your people made it right. There are many flaws that are not user friendly when navigating your inventory. Keep good people, like you do, and some businesses will overlook the issues.
