Gaby is always insanely prompt with responses and sorting out any inquiries I may have. Further to that, she gives off a very positive vibe and is very pleasant to work with. I come back for the products coupled with the customer service. We are not a huge client for Real Thread (yet!!) but my business feels like a priority nonetheless.
