Where to begin... I submitted my order to 7 different shops around the Orlando area. 3 never responded, 1 responded too late, 1 responded with my order wrong, 1 was okay, then there was Real Thread! The team there exemplifies customer service from both product, care, speed, accuracy, and pricing. I utilized the online chat on the website, the Facebook chat, and help through Rob via email. Each time with great customer service and quick response time. Then when it came time to design my shirt - the website was easy and quick to use. I would say where Real Thread really stands out is the proof and revision interface. I loved that I got a text (I can miss emails - but never a text). The proofing tool was very clear - what size the graphics were, where they were placed, what color and type of ink. Submitting a revision was also a breeze. I could go on! It was really a great experience and know exactly where I’m going to submit my next order - no need to waste my time submitting to the other 6 I recently tried.
