Rob was great! Very understanding and patient with me asking for multiple changes before we finalized the orders.

Rob was absolutely great today. He was very accommodating. He remained in consistent contact with me throughout the day, answering my questions in a timely manner. The only reason I didn’t select excellent was due a miscommunication that lengthened the mock up and approval process. But even in this case, Rob was very forthright with the mistake and it was resolved rather quickly. I’m definitely a satisfied customer, and would not hesitate recommending Rob to a friend.
