Mo was there to answer all my questions and walk me through every step of the process. He was always friendly and helpful. Also I want to say that you guys have the coolest ordering process with the live number to price updates. This has been an awesome experience and I am excited to see how the shirts turn out.

This was a re-order and the process is so simple - just an email and we were on our way. I was gone from the office the day after I made my request and there were about 3 more emails - I could tell that he was concerned about my response. Also love the two day turnaround on the order. We received it today!

Mo did a fantastic job. This is our first time working with real thread and I was impressed by the customer service. He was very prompt with answers which helps since we are on a tight production schedule with our event around the corner. The promptness makes you feel well taken care of and really reduces the stress prepping for this event. Only negatives were from the website. We had issues uploading our design file. Also the pricing from the quote to actual was different. We appreciate that the quote pricing was honored however that should be more clear in the quote process. Thank you
