I rated you guys as high as you'd let me and it all comes down to Cierra. She was a rockstar and all credit should go to her for earning this project. I narrowed down to your company from a list of about 30 to start with. It was a mix of reputation, pricing and communication that got you into the top 5. But Cierra put you over the top and earned my business. I say she is the star of all of this as I can't believe how patient she was with me over the last few months in all the back and forth emails. I'm building a brand and the quality was a major concern of mine. As I'm currently situated in Asia, I couldn't get my hands on any of the items and so that left me nervous. And my apparel is limited edition, so getting everything to the price I need it to be was paramount as well. Anyway, I just want to make sure that all credit goes to Cierra for going above and beyond.
