I spoke with Rob and he was awesome he called me to verify the notes and was even able to pull up a previous order we had made a few years ago to help make everything easier. Great customer service :)

Everything was great. It was just a tiny, and I mean tiny, bit concerning that he thought that Opaque was the opposite of what opaque actually is. He thought it meant that it is more see through than less see through.

Joey is on top of everything and went above and beyond on all of the questions I asked him.

My customer support rep was wonderful. I think the only thing preventing me from saying it was exceptional is the customer hours that begin and stop promptly at 9am and 6pm. Otherwise Cierra was a gem!
