Speed is biggest piece. I know when I contact Real Thread I am getting a response quickly, which helps when you do things last minute. The other piece was recommending the change of ink styles. He explained the difference and it felt like he wanted my image to be as true to what I imagined as possible. I like working with a company that values the products I am producing.
