The experience was seamless, fast and Rob was helpful and friendly throughout the whole process!

I loved working with real thread. I was originally recommended real thread by an acquaintance. After doing the mockups and playing around on the website. I found that it was simple, straightforward and at a decent price. But my favorite part was that I was able to hop onto a call with Rob (our account manager) at anytime for any small changes. He understood what we wanted - helped me think through the type of shirt, and the resolution and everything. We were definitely on the really picky end of the spectrum - making 3 or 4 revisions after the mockup, but the whole process was great, transparent, and we would definitely want to place our next apparel order with real thread.

Quick turn around, all staff members are extremely accommodating and helpful.

I don't know if Cierra was our account manager, but she was incredibly helpful and patient while we were making our decision on what to order. I mean, she took photos of her hand inside of white shirts so that we could see how thick the material was—I greatly appreciated her help!

Rob is extremely helpful, quickly responsive, and great to speak with! Typically this situation always involves some type of stress, but Rob and his team members facilitated an easy and pleasant experience! Overall, 10/10 would recommend.
