Joey and other team members I worked with were extremely pleasant, helpful and patient with helping me throughout the order process. One point worth mentioning is the background noise in the office when I called. We have a bullpen in our office where noise (or lack of background noise) has been an issue, so much so that we installed soundboards and white noise machines. Maybe consider some soundboards near the team members answering phones? Overall great experience, thank you!!
