Cierra has been one of the most professional people we have worked with at Real Thread. Personality is always the same, and voice bright and energetic. All the same, we have had to cancel, rework, or ultimately take other Orders to competing businesses such as Hittn Skinz, Embroidery Magic, and soon Embroidery Works, because Cierra seems to up-charge us out of reasonable price point ranges, and indifferent to us going elsewhere. There is no gray area. It almost feels like Real Thread has become more like taking fast food Orders: You either want it or you don't {shrugs}. My day job does not afford me the opportunity to speak directly with Real Thread members these days, but Dru is the only reason I'm willing to keep our account open at all. That, and the unmatched quality of the work!
