Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Melanie Vanerford gave me all the answers I needed and helped me decide what to order and she then connected me with an account manager, Joey Bordenga. Joey was also super helpful and made the process seamless. And Rob (at Real Thread location) showed physical samples to help us decide what type of ink treatment we wanted. Overall we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. Looking forward to see how the shirts turn out!

The quality of the prints sucked and very unprofessional!

I had gone through several other companies to place this order and with each one we got to a point where I felt like they didn’t understand our vision and what we were looking for. With Real Thread, from the beginning it felt like we were on the same page and y’all were willing to work with us on our terms.

Costumer service and comprehension of the desired product was excellent. My only complaint is that I would have liked to work a minor sponsorship deal and promote you guys but the idea was rejected.

Rob has been very helpful and friendly. He responds very quickly and seems dedicated to a great customer experience.
