The quality of the prints sucked and very unprofessional!

I had gone through several other companies to place this order and with each one we got to a point where I felt like they didn’t understand our vision and what we were looking for. With Real Thread, from the beginning it felt like we were on the same page and y’all were willing to work with us on our terms.

Costumer service and comprehension of the desired product was excellent. My only complaint is that I would have liked to work a minor sponsorship deal and promote you guys but the idea was rejected.

Rob has been very helpful and friendly. He responds very quickly and seems dedicated to a great customer experience.

Sarah was awesome! She was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any text messages or emails. I had some questions and tweaks and she took care of them, no problem. I love your guys’ text messaging feature! It made it very easy for me to review stuff while I had to be at work. Thank you!
