Working with Rob, and then another account manager, Joey, while Rob was on vacation, went pretty smoothly. We were working on a large order that had quite a few details that needed to be addressed, and everything was answered quickly and the hand-off between the two managers appeared to be well communicated and resulted in few issues. Anything that did pop up was able to be worked through. We really appreciated the quickness and problem solving of both individuals.

I chose my rating because Rob went above and beyond to provide me with me with excellent customer service. He was very diligent iat finding out the history of the original print job from years ago. I made several changes in the mock ups and he never wavered or got impatient with me and that personalized attention made me feel like the only client with project needs. Any concerns I had about placements and printing questions he answered clearly with knowledge and clarity.

JOEY is the best. Honest, professional , responsive and quick. He is great!!

Everyone has been very responsive and helpful. I loved the ease of ordering and viewing my proofs. The team accessed my artwork and proposed a process to fit it best. I really appreciate the peace of mind they have given me. Can't wait to see them when they arrive.

The employees at Realthread worked hard to help create the design I wanted. They were easy to communicate with and professional.

First time ever ordering from Real Thread and they are OUTSTANDING! I ordered 500 shirts and initially thought I needed a rush delivery but it would have busted my budget so I contacted my Real Thread account manager (Joey!!) and he responded within minutes and waived the rush fee no questions asked. Then, I found out the shirts needed a special two-day “before noon” delivery guarantee if we wanted to hit our venue’s tight deadline and again, I was met with the best customer service experience I've ever and Joey called my cell phone within minutes to discuss all the options and come up with the least expensive and most dependable game plan to guarantee our shirts are delivered before the conference cutoff time. Real Thread will be our company’s goto shirt supplier moving forward because their customer service knocked it out of the park at every opportunity. 10/10 highly recommend!! They are in a league of their own. Thank you again Joey, you rock!

You've been running out account : ) It's been so easy and seamless with SO many orders going into fall. I felt well communicated with and their was great dialogue if I had any questions at any point of the order. You guys are the best!
