The feedback and response time I get from Real Thread makes all the difference. While I have a dedicated rep who knows my brand and helps anticipate my needs as well as suggest options I might not have thought of, the Real Thread staff acts as a true team. This last time I ordered my rep was out of the office and I had job that needed quick turn around. The team jumped in and made it happen without a missing beat. I couldn't be happier with Real Thread!
