Joey is the best to work with. His response time is exceptional and he knows what I am looking for since we have worked together before. I know you are handling a large client base but it always feels like I am working with a team right down the street. Even the extra effort to find the right sizes in the right colors shows me that Real Thread places a high priority on customer satisfaction.
