I loved working with real thread. I was originally recommended real thread by an acquaintance. After doing the mockups and playing around on the website. I found that it was simple, straightforward and at a decent price. But my favorite part was that I was able to hop onto a call with Rob (our account manager) at anytime for any small changes. He understood what we wanted - helped me think through the type of shirt, and the resolution and everything. We were definitely on the really picky end of the spectrum - making 3 or 4 revisions after the mockup, but the whole process was great, transparent, and we would definitely want to place our next apparel order with real thread.
