Rob is the best! Attentive to detail and great communication.

It's always great working with Real Thread. In our most recent order, there was a slight misprint in our 3XLs where the color wasn't as vibrant as the prints on the other sizes we received. We notified our Product Specialist, Cierra, and she had a new batch on its way a few days later. As usual, the experience was pain-free and we look forward to doing business with Real Thread again in the near future. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Melanie Vanerford gave me all the answers I needed and helped me decide what to order and she then connected me with an account manager, Joey Bordenga. Joey was also super helpful and made the process seamless. And Rob (at Real Thread location) showed physical samples to help us decide what type of ink treatment we wanted. Overall we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. Looking forward to see how the shirts turn out!

The quality of the prints sucked and very unprofessional!

I had gone through several other companies to place this order and with each one we got to a point where I felt like they didn’t understand our vision and what we were looking for. With Real Thread, from the beginning it felt like we were on the same page and y’all were willing to work with us on our terms.
