There was probably one particular interaction where I thought it wasn't quite exceptional. That encounter was enough to drop my rating from exceptional to pretty good. I'll leave it at that for now.

Pretty good! I was a tad disappointed that the sample shirts/sweatshirts cost so much. Previous companies ive worked with have sent the shirts/sweatshirt samples for free, or just the price of shipping. But I understand, and I want to continue to buy from your company so I purchased the samples. I wish there was some way I could ship them back for a refund, or something like that because they really arent a use to us without any branding on them. Overall it went great and Melanie was awesome, super responsive and helpful, and I cant wait till we place the full order! Thank you!!!
