Real Thread is one of my favorite vendors! Our account manager Trey is always on top of things and is super responsive. You guys are seriously super easy to work with and the quality of the shirts and printing is the best. Those are the two things that keep me coming back year after year. I don't even look at other shirt vendors anymore and just send an email to kick off the project.

Little misunderstanding with the sample quote. Trey didn't account for the sales tax, which I understand couldn't tell at the time. But he should've given the heads up that it was pending. He used absolutes like "total cost" instead of "approximately/pending". I already gave him this feedback. So, all good now.

I really appreciate how thoughtful, communicative, and kind Travis is. He's helped problem solve two orders now so that I can feel confident buying, and both times the results were great.
