We had actually gone to a couple of other places, but did not feel very welcome. At the moment we walked in to Real Thread. It was a total different atmosphere. I’m not sure who the female that was in there when we first walked in, but Travis was in there as well. They both helped us out and were awesome. And then Travis took us across the finish line. he did an amazing job!

Kelsee is great; she is very responsive to my emails, and there are a lot of them. She is always helpful and tells me when I need to get things ordered in time for our events. Great customer service, and great products! Will continue to come back for more!

Trey is great. He communicates well throughout the process.

Experience was great, my only feedback isn't about the gents that helped...it's about the 20pc minimum...I'd love it if you guys had a retail/consumer line...i know firing up the machines require a minimum, but a higher unit cost for consumer space could be something to look into....thanks and thanks to both the BD AND ACCOUNT MANAGERS...both were great
