kelsee has been really great & helpful! the only thing that was a challenge was trying to place an order over the weekend -- it would have been helpful to know that it was hard to get in touch with anyone. but thanks to dru for seeing our request and responding! the log-in portal was also down so i couldn't submit anything on my own. but once i got connected with dru & kelsee, the service and help has been incredible! so grateful for y'all!
