Everyone was very friendly! There were a few times where the wrong info was given (was given the wrong price list) or before I started my order I asked if a coupon I had would work and they said yes and that it would be added to my account. But I needed to re-confirm during check out because it was not added to my account. I was told the coupon had expired but they still honored it anyway! So I appreciate that.

Melanie contacted me right away and helped me through the process to distill what I wanted, how the process worked, and what my options were. The exceptional part was the fact that Melanie’s correspondence was immediate, cordial, and without pressure. I’ve never had such support from a business, period. Joey took the reigns after Melanie had que’d up everything I wanted, and Joey seamlessly maintained my confidence and his correspondence was just as swift and helpful. Usually when I’ve dealt with two different employees at any business there is anxiety when a relationship that has been positive is passed off to the next employee. The team was awesome! I panicked when I realized that my design was in the wrong format and I didn’t know how to change it (and was on a time crunch!). The customer care I received was super friendly and helpful and fast. I am eager to see our shirts and will definitely recommend real thread to others in the future!
