The team did a fantastic and efficient job translating my order into a workable design, using the text font and colors I requested. My issues were: 1) I didn’t know upfront that you could not scan and use my artwork but instead made your own computerized version. Less personal in the end. But I can live with it. 2) the color chart was very different from what Joey ended up showing me. All in all, the team did a nice job. I am a satisfied customer.
