Real Thread makes ordering extremely easy. My account manager, Nicole, responds very quickly and makes the whole process very simple. The interface is fantastic, allowing me to see in real time the price per unit as I adjust quantities!

We've worked with several members of you team over the past 2 years and they have all been amazing. Most recently, Nic has been our rep and the process of ordering and re-ordering has been a breeze. Incredibly helpful, incredibly quick. Working with him has helped take some of the stress off of us as business owners where we know we can depend on great customer service!

I believe you get what you pay for and while your quotes were a little more than others I received, I am a huge advocate for quality products and quality customer service, which is why I chose to go with Real Thread. Nic and Melanie were great. They're customer service was fast and efficient and they answered every question I had. I am looking forward to working with you all in the future.
