Great customer service. Quick to respond on questions. Overall, you get the feeling that your customer service reps genuinely care and want to help. My full-time job is a Creative Director for an in-house marketing team. I work with a lot of printers and fulfillment companies - you are leaps above most of those in the customer service lane... excited to see the product.

My memory is failing me on the woman’s name who helped me in the shop, but she was great. She showed me all the different types of material to choose from and was very helpful with getting the design sent over. She seemed relieved that I wasn’t just ordering 10 shirts! The final design looks great and I’m sure the final product will be exceptional as well. Overall the process was simple and straightforward. I look forward to working with you guys more in the future!
