It was very hard in the beginning to have a conversation with anyone. To the point I figured you guys didn't want my business. Would have rather stuck with one person for the whole process but Trey and Logan were great. Communicated both by phone and email. One lady in the beginning made it very obvious she had no desire to call me. Or call me back.

Trey has been extremely helpful with every project I've come to him with. He always responds very promptly and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I honestly have never had an account manager as excellent as Trey. He makes me excited to work with Real Thread again.
