Joey has been a great account manager to me and has always been helpful and responsive to amendments, revisions and random questions and concerns. The only reason i did not give an exceptional rating probably not so much an Account manager issue but a graphics team issue. The turn around time on new mock-ups, once any re-vision is made, seems rather extensive and in my most recent attempt to place an order, caused 24 hour set backs with 2 different revisions pushing out my actual order placement 2 or 3 days.

Very helpful and quick turnaround. I love his effeciency.
