Everyone I worked with was personable and helpful. I always love the conversational, can-do tone of your people. One thing brought it down from exceptional. This hat order was a long time coming and was delayed by supplier issues early on. I kind of felt like my account exec wasn't going above and beyond to help find inventory in our desired product. And when we couldn't find what we were looking for, there wasn't much follow up. Granted, it was all understandable given the supply chain, but it would have been the icing on the cake.
