I must say I am glad that I found your email. I am a small retailer with an online store and brick and mortar location in Martha's Vineyard. I placed a few orders with you and was thrilled with the products. I placed an order this year and it was a pure disaster. I will start off saying that customer service is almost more important to me than the company itself. I received an order that was damaged. I received so much push back, and so many excuses, without anyone just saying it was a bad order of foil. There were plate marks that I was told would be removed. Unfortunately, the foil was steamed and in the process burned. I was still shipped boxes of the ruined merchandise. I continued to request that I get new merchandise and it kept getting delayed, until the point that I needed to cancel the order because my season was ending soon. I know that Gaby was trying to help but she could only do what she was told. Emily had the power to change this situation and didn't. Just a little good customer service, and admitting the product was damaged is all it would have taken. I would like to continue using your services because my customers love the foil, but I would need assurance that things would be different this time.
