Once I got connected the service was great.

Our representative Emily was outstanding. We had so many ideas and she helped us parse them out and created mock ups so that we could make our vision our reality. We felt we were in very capable hands.

Logan is very helpful! we are glad we get our order placed. only disappointment was that he told me the shipping is free but your website charge $45 for it. it's not a complain, but that's one of the reason we chose Real Thread so we can place re- order whenever we need it.
