Overall a very good and professional experience so far. The responses via email (both joey and max at fulfillment) and when reaching out have been prompt and very helpful, and our first foray into the fulfillment world has been a very encouraging one. We're hoping to continue to generate more momentum and really get some volume behind some of these sales but it seems like we are in good hands with Real Thread to make that happen as seamlessly as possible.
